What happens if the employee cannot do the job?
In case the employee does not meet the job requirements (with proof proving that the employee can not do the job), will try to arrange worker’s do other jobs that suits worker’s abilities. If the worker’s still can not do the job the employer can terminate the contract before the deadline. The employee is responsible for purchasing his/her ticket back home.
What if a worker leaves within two months?
In case any workers absconds or leaves the workplace for unknown reasons,within the first 02 months, The Vietnamese company will compensate the employer 300euro/person
What if the employer rejects the employee?
In case we have completed or started the procedure we have agreed on the employee but the employer does not accept the employee to work in Greece for any reasons, the employer must compensate the company with an amount of 300 euro/person.
What if the employee doesn’t arrive after approval?
In case, The employer has completed the procedures for the employee and provided the company with all necessary documents to apply for a visa but the employees of the company for not come, The company must compensate the employer 300 euro/1 person
